"Very convenient for airport departure with an efficient shuttle service. Clean, comfortable room and excellent service. The only downside is that it is in an isolated location with only one sushi restaurant in walking distance. The food in the hotel restaurant is good but not outstanding. Would stay here again."

"I don’t appreciate deception. I paid for breakfast included and confirmed upon my arrival but when I checked out I was told that it was not included and had to pay. This obviously ruined my experience at Helios and will not return. "
