"The hotel has everything you need. Lots of quiet areas to relax. Their attention to detail is impressive.
Family run for over 70 years and everyone is treated like family or an old friend.
Food and presentation is very good and the staff are well trained.
Not so good for less agile people as the hotel is split with an underground tunnel entailing a walk. Loved it - we will be returning!!

The location is perfect — within a few steps of the Port of Sóller, and a short walk to restaurants, and shops. The view from our room was absolutely unbeatable, and the beds were very comfortable. "We absolutely LOVE everything in this hotel, had a great time spending our birthdays. Staff were all friendly, greets you with warm smiles. Our stay included Half board (Breakfast + Dinner), it was absolutely delightful dining & enjoying Spanish cuisine at its best. I couldn't ask for more. "We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty.
