"Had an amazing stay for my husband’s birthday. Spacious room, very clean, sofa was surprisingly comfy not many sofas at these type of places are. The facilities were lovely, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing. Really enjoyed our stay. "

"A bed for the night for attendance at Penzance Lit Fest on two consec. days. The only thing I would say: an earlier check-in time - say 15:00 rather than 16:00 hrs - would have been helpful. eg Prem Inns are 15:00 but then again Queens had a better rate."

I read the description of the hotel which said parking available (for a fee) but on arrival found it was a nearby council carpark. I took my old soft top car and was disappointed to leave it overnight outside and vulnerable. It would have been helpful if the car park arrangement was clearer "
