Really comfortable room. Bed and shower are particularly outstanding. Location is great. I was disappointed that the kitchen was closed - has a small menu but I had heard good things about it. No sure what the issue was.

The hotel was clean. The free breakfast was delicious every morning and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The only complaint I have is that the rooftop area, one of the reason we picked 16 Bay View, was closed for the season and there was no prior notice that it would be closed.
