The hotel is a motel where you can park outside your room. The room was clean and comfortable (king bed). The balcony faces the water and sunrise. There is a nice area with continental breakfast. The Wifi did not work. Went to the desk twice and still couldn't get it to work.

The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean. The exterior of building was not as well maintained as it could be. The location was very convenient to the town of Rockland which is what we wanted. And the town of Rockland’s Lobster Festival was outstanding!

It was great to have a balcony overlooking the Bay. A nice treat! Breakfast is poor. 2% milk-no other option. OJ was like water, small muffins were decent but coffee was exceptionally weak. Keurig in room was the better option but only two packs of it. Room was clean, towels were abundant, only 1/2 roll of tp/no extra roll!

This is a basic motel room without frills. Our room was clean but the stained chair and stained ironing board as well as the cobwebs made it feel neglected. Breakfast was coffee and muffins, nothing freshly made. The bed and shower were decent. The biggest disappointment was the sliding glass door overlooking the water, which we paid extra for. The handle was missing and the slider was hard to open. There was no screen so we could not sleep with the slider open.

We only stayed one night as we were on out way to our final destination. Upon checking-in, the management told me that we had been upgraded to a room with a view of the bay- which was lovely! Our room was simple but had more than we needed-- complimentary coffee, refrigerator. I needed to take care of 5 or 6 large spiders in the corners of the room, before unpacking. The sliding door for the balcony also stuck badly. We took advantage of the swimming pool which was well-maintained-- albeit a bit on the older side because there were cracked and missing tiles. This by no way-- made a difference in our enjoyment. It is an indication only of the age of the property. There were many lounge chairs and towels available. The location was ideal and very close to the center of town. We didn't stay for the continental breakfast but the dining space and balcony overlooked the water. We would return to Ledges by the Bay.
