"I tried to check into this hotel. Upon my arrival, they informed me that the elevator was out of order. Then they informed me that they have no room rooms on the first floor. I am unable to climb stairs, but they were not able to give me the room I paid for. I am so upset with them because they will not refund me. I prepaid the room for 2 nights on Expedia and they refused to refund me. That is terrible. I think the American disability act needs to be informed of this place. How are they advertising their rooms without a functioning elevator? The front desk Girl said that the elevator had been out of order for several weeks."

"The room was clean but only had a single trash can with no garbage bags. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Asked for more and was told they would be delivered to our room after they were folded and never came. Overall a good stay though"

"Stay was great - courteous staff, cleanliness. Breakfast for a weekend should be until 10am, not 9am! We did not make the breakfast time."

"The room was shabby and lacked any amenities other than soap. The front desk person was unable and help with anything as she said her boss was the only one capable. For example I asked her to print something and she gave me the email address. When I returned to pick it up she said it went to her boss so it was unavailable "

"I prepaid a 2-night stay however when I arrived I was informed that the elevator was out of order and I would have to climb the stairs. I explained that my aunt was disabled and could not climb stairs. They told me that there were no rooms on the first floor available and could not help me. They also told me that the elevator had been out of order for a few weeks. I also overheard the staff talking about running out of coffee for breakfast. Needless to say that I will not ever stay here. Hopefully Expedia refunds me because I had To go to the Angler Hotel across the highway (which i highly recommend)"

"This is an amazing place to stay at and it’s very convenient an close to the lake an the property owner are very friendly and kind.it’s very kids friendly..an the wild ducks just to be able to relax in peace .the only the that could have made it better was longer vacation..I would recommend to everyone This is a big 10 in my book.. thank you"
