"Stay here every time I go to work in St Austell (2-3 times a year). Brilliant hotel, large and well equipped rooms, great food options both in the bar and the restaurant. Spa and gym are Brilliant for a hotel, i know I can get a good swim or workout in when Im staying there."

"the whole experience was fantastic, a warm welcome by all staff. we had an issue with our heating not working in our room, an attempt was made twice to repair it but unsuccessful, we went out for Dinner and was offered another room late evening, although the offer was appreciated we felt it was to late to move. all in all a very lovely hotel and we will hopefully return soon. "
