"This was advertized as a 3 star hotel. That is a misleading description; at best, this is more like a 2 star hotel if that. There isn't really a hotel lobby, no physical help desk, no provided shampoo or bodywash, no closet, no in person services in general. The bathroom does not separate the shower, toilet, and sink as a 3 star hotel would usually do. As somebody described, it's more like big common rooms with individual rooms in them. "Value to money, room is affordable and spacious for a couple like us. Things to improve, firstly drainage, and I also think they need to put a mirror in the room. The only mirror is in the toilet, so when someone is showering, you can't really get ready in the room."

"Our stay at Nova Hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was unclean, with a strong, unpleasant smell and visible mould on the walls and ceiling. The mould was so severe that our child developed a bad cough during our stay — It was an unhealthy and distressing environment for a family. This was truly a terrible and unprecedented experience.
