"After calling and verifying that our room would be fine and we could get there after 8 o’clock. The man told us that our room was given away, which was two queen mattresses handed to a key to go see if a room with a king would fit. Once seeing the room found out it was a double bed. Went back to ask for what we had originally paid for and he said he couldn’t do that. He had to charge us $11 more a day for two double bed rooms. After asking for maid service since we were there for five days on day three I was told there is no maid service. My husband then asked for pillows. He said there was none to give. We then went back on our last evening and asked for fresh towels due to the fact that the room air conditioner was not working and we could not dry the towels. He told me there were no towels to give. I highly recommend Expedia removing this site completely they are incompetent rude judgmental. Why do I say that is because he pointed to my husband and I and asked if we were married and allowed to be in the same bed. There was no shampoo. There was no soap in the room. There was no toilet paper we ended up spending about $170 on toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and extra pillows that were much needed. An additional $11 a day to stay in two double beds, which is nothing what we purchased.Please avoid this hotel at all cost."

"Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and not the same every day. Close to restaurants if you wanted to walk over. Wish we were able to have gotten to the hot tub but wasnt enough time in our day."

"The check in was easy and quick. I wish they had told me my phone would deprogram my card key. It's been a long time since I have had a key card do that. So I had to walk back to the front desk to get my key card reprogrammed. The room was made up nicely every day by housekeeping, that I was there. Everything seemed in order. The heater and AC worked properly. I did notice that the curtains either need to be washed or replaced do to have smudges on them. My mini frig. worked properly and the ice box was working so I was able to use it for my ice packs. The microwave worked well. I did not use the Keurig coffee maker in the room. The daily breakfast was not fancy but it was good. At night the area was quiet. I slept well. I would have given the hotel 5 stars but no one fixed the leak from my tub faucet or gave me an update as to when someone would come and take care of it. I did call twice on the day I checked in to let them know and if anyone was coming to fix it. The response was the repair people are busy. I also explained to the front desk that it was not just a drip type of leak but more like a steady stream of water leak. It was like that during my whole stay. Having fixed my faucet at home in the past all it needed was a new cartridge. I hated seeing all that water being wasted. I did notify the front desk again when I checked out. I hope they fix it before they have someone else use the room."

"Everything was Amazing. I booked this room after being at studio 6 suites .7 miles away for 3 hours before i saw roaches in my room. To come to a perfectly clean room, staff actually on site, not a kiosk with someone in another country. Thank you for saving my thursday - monday trip!"

"Supposed to have an ada room. Everything was good but it did not have a walk in shower nor a standalone shower their idea of Ada shower was to have a big bencch sitting in the tub. Not hood! Also the handle on the bathroom sink was off and put aside. We only stayed one night so we worked with it"

"Upon checking into my room on the third floor, I was immediately hit with the smell of fish that was clearly trying to be hidden with a powerful spray. I went back k to the lobby to request a room change and the front desk said they were fully booked. The manager then joined in and asked what room I was in and she immediately knew it was the room that “smelled like fish”. She then said “would you like for me to go up and spray it?”- no. While escorting me to my new room on the 6th floor she said “we should close that room until we figure out where it is coming from… we can’t find it”. Hotel is dated. I would not stay again. Upon checking out, a mother and daughter were being told they were overbooked and being offered the Marriott across the street. I won’t stay here again."
