"The room rate was an excellent bargain, however a few other factors offset that. We knew parking was valet only and were expecting the cost of tips. But we arrived late in the evening after a long day of driving so opted to buy two microwavable bowls of Campbells soup in the market. We were shocked at the cost--$11.50 per bowl plus tax for a total of $25!!! The next day we were in Walmart and the same soup was $1.98. The almost 600% markup felt like outright gouging. So if you decide tom stay here, bring your own food!"

"The room was spacious and well thought out for convenience (we stayed in a studio room). Some of the amenities seemed a bit outdated so in terms of cleanliness, the room didn't look squeaky clean but overall we were satisfied. There were ample parking in the property while we stayed. My partner complained about the mattress being uncomfortable but it was fine for me. Maybe it needs to be replaced for some people. The breakfast was disappointing. No hot breakfast, just some limited fruits and pastries and cereals. But it's better than nothing. The staff were friendly and accommodating."

"We had the BEST stay, fro the moment we arrived to the moment we left! Greeted with a complimentary welcome drink of our choice, complimentary s'mores kits at night while sitting around the fire pit. Heated pool and hot tub was perfect for the chilly evenings. Games available in the lobby as well as coffee and water to refill our water bottles. And the most ideal location for South Lake. Walking distance to Heavenly village and lakeside Beach, so you never have to worry about parking. And the cherry on top is that they are dog friendly, weather you bring your fur baby or not, having dogs around makes every place more enjoyable!"
