I had a 2 night reservation, and I was given a corner room that it was poorly cleaned and very noisy I brought it up to the front desk personnel they offered to cancel my second night and refund me the fee so I ended up staying only one night. only to find out I was charged for the second night anyway. ...

Great place to stay just off the main village so it’s quiet but about 400m walk to the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas. No road noise. Room is spacious and all the amenities including a room safe. Rooms are cleaned every day. Great helpful and friendly staff.

Great location for Yosemite Valley, however that is where the perks of this hotel finish. Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful.
