Definitely NOT what the pictures looked like. The pool looked like it had mold in water. The exercise room had equipment from the 1920’s and no water in the fountain and no towels and no wipes. The lifts for Blackcomb and Whistler was a easy 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room had a pleasant and peaceful view of the mountains.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, they have a great communication system through txt and they are very responsive! Unfortunately, the room was not in the best condition, the kitchen outlet was not working. I also noticed mold in one of the pillow cases.
