"The property is beautiful, the staff are excellent, the free breakfast is carb-heavy and sweet, it is close to some main areas to get cabs, the souks, awesome restaurants, and it felt like a nice, more intimate environment. The best hotel in the world in my opinion.

"This hotel is unbelievable in its attention to details from when you arrive until you leave. The personal touch is there from the start when they check you in with refreshments on the couch. You are called by your name all the time. The building, decor and gardens are spectacular. I could go on about them all day long. "

"The property is situated very close to Medina which is very handy for the Souk. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The food was excellent, we ate in the hotel every night. My only criticism would be was the terrible noise all hours of the day and night with the coming and goings of staff with trolleys moving through a staff service area next to my room and the air conditioning was useless. The temperature in my room was kept bearable by a foil (type) backed curtain which when closed did the trick. Other than that 10/10. Lovely time had by everyone. "
