"Yessir and Khalid were very attentive with an issue I had with the tv and quickly got it taken cared of. Yessir answered all of the questions I had as this was my first trip to Marrakech. "Staff were friendly and accommodating. We stayed for a night at first, then had our 3-day tour. The hotel offered to store our luggages free of charge, until we come back from our 3-day trip. We then stayed for 2 extra days after our trip. The rooms in the hotel are clean and have very good ambience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a place where you can have a comfortable stay in between tours. "

"Wow! This was a very nice hotel. The property was gorgeous set with the backdrop of the olive trees. The hotel staff went above and beyond. They checked frequently throughout the day to see if we needed anything. Booking the villa with the private pool is worth it. The food at the hotel was very good. The spa was amazing. It is outside the main city area which was nice as it provided some privacy and relaxation. "
