séjour désagréables , les repas pas à la hauteur et la cerise sur le gâteau on a été volé dans cette hôtel, la réception donne les clés des chambres à d'autres personnes qui rentrent pour vous voler et ça été confirmé vu qu'après plusieurs négociations on a pu récupérer ce qui nous a été volé .et bien sur la direction nous a traité de menteurs. qualité prix et prestation elle est nule

BEWARE - I WISH I HAD READ THE BAD REVIEWS

I'm not usually someone that would write a negative review but I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. After an extremely slow and tedious check in we headed straight to get some food. The quality of food seemed to be ok however we soon learned it was vey repetitive with very little variety over the week we spent there. That same evening both my friend and I started to have extremely bad stomachs and my friend could not stop being sick. It got so bad that we had to get a doctor to come to our hotel to give her some medicine to stop being sick. The bad stomach continued the whole week and I literally ended up eating just bread and butter because I couldn't bare to eat anything else and get sick again. The "day bar" outside is completely swarmed with wasps, I mean about 500 wasps. You can't even stand close to the bar without being surrounded. One evening we requested for a taxi to be booked for us for 30 minutes time, the receptionist agreed and we came down 30 minutes later. When approaching the receptionist if our taxi had arrived he did not even acknowledge that we were there and carried on doing other things. This was extremely frustrating so I asked again if he had booked the taxi to which he replied "no, i'm very busy" ..even though we had called 30 minutes prior. This was extremely rude and unprofessional and made us late for the place we were visiting. The only positive that I can say about this hotel is the waiters in the canteen!

An den Bars gab es leider alle Getränke aus Plastikgläsern, ebenso beim Frühstück aus Pappbechern. Die Kellner sind stets bemüht und flink aber immer unterbesetzt, so dass es immer wieder lange Warteschlangen an den Getränkeausgaben gab.

belle hotel, mais pas à la hauteur! la piscine est salle, bcp de locaux, qui ne respectent rien, couche au bord de la piscine... c'est la guerre pour le gouter quand on a de la chance d'avoir un gouter..pas un vrai tout inclus... c'est vraiment dommage car les chambres sont bien, mais sans WIFI, mais on va pas au maroc pour rester dans une chambre. rien en sortant de l'hotel et le prix du taxi est exorbitant, heuresement que j'en avais dans mon carnet d'adresse....

I came here with my family, upon arrival some of the rooms weren’t ready. Then it got worse from there. The rooms were not properly cleaned, the air conditioning in the room was terrible it didn’t work for most parts of the day. We noticed ants in the room and complained. The following morning we saw a cockroach in the bathroom!! We asked to move room and initially they said that they could clean the room but we said no and that we needed a new room. The new room wasn’t much better with bugs and ants on the floor and bed. We didn’t feel comfortable there at all. The food wasn’t great and on the third day I had food poisoning. So overall a terrible stay. None of this is made up or exaggerated. The only positive was the pools as there were many of them - even then there were lots of bugs in them.

Personnel super !!

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille et ce fut un séjour parfait ! Le personnel au top et super avec les enfants, des animations tout au long de la journée, les chambres très spacieuses, un cadre magnifique avec 6 piscines. Seul bémol : j’ai vu mieux pour la nourriture. Bref, je recommande cet hôtel et on y reviendra !

Det er et okay hotel med gode faciliteter for boern. Poolen er ikke opvarmet hvilket er lidt underligt da de kalder sig en aqua park. Der er mange andre aktiviteter man kan lave. Man kunne maaske oenske sig et lidt hoejere service nivaeu(ved ikke om vi bare var uheldige), men personalet virkede ikke specielt traenede.
