The only good thing is that the VRBO helpline people seem to genuinely be trying to help.; and don’t get me wrong I appreciate their help but they are helping me with a problem that should never had arisen - plus it has taken me hours literally on the phone trying to ensure I get a refund ! I wouldn’t recommend VRBO to anyone right now."

"Could not reach the hotel to confirm a late check in. When we arrived at 9 pm NO ONE around to let us in or provide key. Sign said close at 7pm. Very disappointed......."

Il n'y avait aucun matelas qui était recouvert d'une enveloppe plastique ou autre. En plus, les murs étaient abimés (collant, peinture enlevé). merci!"
