O hotel é bom e limpo, os funcionários são atenciosos, porém as piscinas são tratadas com muito cloro, o que estragou nossas roupas de banho, ficaram todas esverdeadas. Precisa melhorar também a parte da cozinha, visto que as refeições demoram demais para ficarem prontas, esperamos 1h30m por um prato. No restante ficamos satisfeitos.

Probably just getting ready for spring and summer

I stayed a couple nights at this hotel in mid October 2 years after a previous trip in which I stayed for about 5 days over a weekend in late February. Perhaps they were just in the process of getting ready for the warm season this time but the service was slow and the pool area needed some attention. This IS a beautiful hotel and the staff is extremely friendly; I will stay here again.

Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar lá. Muito bom, só não gostei que eles não estenderam a saída, saída as 12 hrs do quarto sem choro, poderiam fazer está cortesia, o que elevaria muito a hospedagem, fora isso a experiência foi boa.

Tudo ok, exceto pelo fato de que, no fim, eu acabei esquecendo de devolver as chaves de um dos quartos, que ficaram na casa de um amigo, próxima ao hotel. Quando disse que ia até lá buscar as chaves, a pessoa da recepção me pediu para deixar algum documento, como se fosse uma garantia de que eu não iria embora. Isso era de manhã, bem antes da hora máxima para o checkout. Isso foi bem desagradável, pois creio que apenas uma minoria seria desonesta e não vale a pena criar esse constangimento.

Quartos com instalações antigas porém confortável, funcionários solícitos e prontos a ajudar. Serviço de jantar no hotel deixou um pouco a desejar. Área da piscina muito boa, decepção somente pois não pudemos utilizar a aquecida pois estava em manutenção.

A única coisa ruim foi que fiz a reserva pelo hotéis com algumas observações que não foram cumpridas no check-in. Mas com relação ao restante, foi tudo bem. A piscina aquecida estava em manutenção.

Eu gostei bastante do Hotel, da infraestrutura, fui muito bem recebida pela recepcionista, gostei do quarto da limpeza da localização. Não posso falar das refeições pois não tive a oportunidade, devido a chuva sai antes do almoço e perdi a hora do café.Voltaria com certeza!

Piscina suja no primeiro até compreensível devido à chuva, sem maleiro pra transportar as malas na recepção. Água quente ficou dois dias sem esquentar, serviço piscina muito fraco.
