Minha estadia foi ótima do começo ao fim, desde o primeiro atendimento do Giuliano, até a saída. Me atendeu super bem, foi sempre solícito e sempre deixou claro de nos receber. Quarto simples, mas excelente, limpo, boa aparência de cuidados, banheiro limpinho. Vc fica a vontade pra curtir a cidade pois vc fica com a chave do quarto e um controle do portão automático. Espaço pro seu carro legal tbm. Eu e minha esposa curtimos bastante e recomendo a estadia, é mais do que suficiente, não precisa gastar mil reais em uma diária em um hotel chique, blá blá blá. Parabéns aos proprietários.

Muito bonitinho e aconchegante Custo/benefício

Fomos recepcionados pelo Sr. Giuliano, muito atencioso, o lugar é muito aconchegante, recomendo a todos, o custo benefício casal, é muito próximo ao centro da cidade, da para ir a pé tranquilamente, optamos por café da manhã no pacote e recebemos o café na porta em uma cesta, com itens como frutas, geleia, torradas, etc. Super recomendo, voltaremos, só sugiro mesmo que se possível melhore os colchões.

Suíte em pousada em Serra Negra

Pousada com boa localização e funcionários prestativos. Porém, a limpeza da suíte deixou a desejar. No banheiro não havia suporte para shampoo/sabonete. O lençol parecia encardido, velho, estava rasgado e era menor que o tamanho da cama. Os travesseiros e os cobertores/edredons eram velhos e pareciam sujos. A calçada que dá acesso às suítes era estreita e não tinha guarda-corpo.

O chalé não condiz com as fotos, tapete do banheiro com bolor, cheiro de mofo dentro do chalé. Infelizmente não foi boa a experiência, tanto que não ficamos na hospedagem , sai em 30 minutos.

Razoável, a localização e o lugar em si são excelentes, bem como a piscina disponível, mas a limpeza e conservação do quarto deixaram a desejar, chão empoeirado e travesseiros encardidos. Recomendo pelo custo benefício.

Faz jus ao preço, mas limpeza precária....

Ficamos no Chale 04.O aspecto é rústico, mas precisa de várias melhorias. Limpeza fica muito a desejar (dentro do box do banheiro tem Crostas no azuleijo e tb nas portas dos box). A cozinha tb tem bastante parte sem limpar. Cobertores e edredons rasgados (bem surrados).

O quarto com cheiro de mofo horrivel, tivemos que colocar produto para amenizar. O colchao e roupas de cama tambem muito ruim. Nao recomendo.

A pousada é bem bacana, o quarto espaçoso e dá para ver que o espaço externo está bem cuidado. O armário da cozinha estava com bastante pó dentro das gavetas.

Razoável, café da manha insuficientes para duas pessoas e quando chegou no quarto estava frio, faltou papel higiênico e não tinha ninguém na pousada no final de semana, so no domingo quando ja estavamos indo embora. Banheiro sujo com cabelos no ralo.

Gostei bastante, voltarei se puder, o local é mais bonito que as fotos do site, pessoal do atendimento super educado, o café da manhã é bom, o local bem sossegado, é em meio a natureza, o despertador são pássaros, tv smart funciona, banheiro limpo, roupas de cama limpas, a noite a iluminação externa é colorida e local fica bem bonito, a localização é boa, se não tiver preguiça dá pra ir a pé no centro
