Overall fine

It's fine and has mostly what one would expect. The coolest thing was that each room had an American outlet! We took adapters, but that was very useful. Breakfast was so-so. Not as nice as some places I've stayed. We stayed six days, and it was the same every day so I got really tired of it. The jacuzzi wasn't working when we wanted to use it; water was cold. We had four rooms for our group. One was bigger and had two TVs. Neither worked right; one had one channel. We checked out of three of the four rooms and took all our stuff to the fourth (that part of our group stayed one more night) so we could grab our things a few hours after checkout to head to the airport. But the front desk insisted we had to take them out and bring them downstairs to the baggage room. It was just easier for us to leave in our fourth room for a few hours. That was frustrating. But in many ways, the front desk was happy to help with little things we needed in the course of our stay, so it was mostly fine. I don't think I'd stay there again, but it did the job for us.

O hotel é bem antigo, porém é bem cuidado! O ruim do hotel foi o atendente que fez nosso check-in. Acabei não vendo o nome do sujeito, mas foi uma experiência horrivel, pois ele era grosseiro, mal educado, sem paciência e extremamente lento.

O quarto estava bem limpo, bom colchão e boa roupa de cama. Senti falta de um edredom. Chuveiro com excelente vazão e temperatura. O café da manhã poderia ter um pouco mais de variedades, mas é servido com fartura. Senti falta de um microondas para uso dos hóspedes na área comum, item presente em outros hotéis da rede, pois facilita quando eventualmente precisamos aquecer algo. Não tive a oportunidade de usar a hidromassagem, por conta do tempo.

O check in foi horrível. Funcionários desatentos e despreparados. Sem qualquer empatia com hóspede que viajou horas e está cansado e ansioso por ser recebido bem. Cheguei às 15:00, bem depois do horário previsto para iniciar o check in e estava sem sistema. Esperei com bagagem em mãos, em pé, sem nenhuma informação. O staff parecia um monte de baratas tontas. Transtorno bem desagradável. As condições de limpeza e acomodações condizem com o preço. O café da manhã foi bem servido, com variedade e qualidade.

Experiência boa de modo geral. Bem localizado, em uma rua tranquila do centro. Wifi disponível com boa conexão.
