Incrível, muito bom, atendimento maravilhoso e muito educado, o restaurante serve pratos saborosos, o café da manhã é Incrível. Ponto muito positivo é para a limpeza, apesar de serum hotel fazenda, não achei uma teia de aranha ou algum inseto nas áreas comuns e no quarto...voltarei e recomendo.

Minha experiência com o Hotel Fazenda Vale da Cachoeira foi EXCELENTE. O lugar é limpo e muito bem cuidado, desde as acomodações, até a área externa de modo geral. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e educados. As refeições que são servidas são muito bem preparadas e de ótima qualidade, com boas variações para agradar a todos. este é um lugar ótimo para relaxar e descansar. Pretendo voltar mais vezes, com certeza!

Comida excelente. O problema principal foi a rede de wi-fi dos apartamentos, muito ruim. Mesmo o sinal de 5G também é ruim. Como sugestão, colocar placa indicativa dos quartos existentes no térreo e outra no primeiro andar (quartos de 25 a 48). As instalações são bem cuidadas. Outra sugestão, colocar mais prateleiras no quarto. O banheiro do apartamento em que fiquei, não tinha escoamento adequado do ralo do box.

Hotel muito bom, quartos novos e limpos, amplo com muito verde ao redor, área de lazer boa e bem cuidada. Restaurante com comida saborosa e caseira. Tem recreação, mas achei fraca se comparada a outros hotéis. Vale a pena se hospedar.

Bom para crianças

Hotel agradável, refeições simples mas com opções variadas. Equipe de recreação atenciosa e com brincadeiras na piscina. Voltaria a me hospedar. Como pontos negativos, a piscina aquecida não estava bem limpa, poderiam dar uma atenção maior. Os horários da piscina poderia ser estendido, ao invés de ser apenas das 10h as 20h. Além disso, considerando a proposta do hotel e o preço da diária, acho completamente desnecessário cobrar pelas toalhas de piscina e pela vara de pesca.

Passei 2 diárias com meu esposo e filhos. Achamos a acomodação ótima, o hotel é muito limpo e bem cuidado. A comida é muito gostosa e os funcionários são solícitos e gentis. Sugiro melhorar a temperatura da piscina aquecida, pois no segundo dia estava fria, sem condições de uso, no dia mais frio que pesamos, e ter disponível, varal de chão para colocar nos quartos, pois as toalhas ficam muito molhadas e não temos onde pendura las e nem as roupas de banho. Ótimo custo benefício!

Lugar lindo bom pra descansar porém algumas falhas ainda mas na área da piscina não tinha bar para conseguir consumir alguma coisa pra beber nem música ambiente lugar ficou bem isolado e sem ser atrativo sendo que é ponto principal do hotel não foi legal pedimos guarda sol também não colocaram

Funcionários educados e prestativos, café da manhã muito bom e refeições boas somente no sábado à noite que achei com poucas opções, piscina aquecida poderia ser um pouco mais quente estava climatizada e também não é muito grande , piscina externa bem fria poderia climatizar, lago de pesca com muito peixe e opções para prática de esporte variada .
