Quarto amplo, confortável. O check-in foi muito lento o atendente não localizou o pagamento pelos hotéis. Com. A localização é muito boa! A fechadura da varanda do quarto não travava e fiquei no primeiro andar,não tinha quarto disponível para troca. O chuveiro é ótimo! O café da manhã bom. O ar condicionado barulhento.

Boa estadia

Estadia boa. O único inconveniente foi o ar condicionado muito barulhento e uma solicitação que nao foi atendida,liguei na recepção por volta das 20hs do dia 28/03 e solicitei um travesseiro extra, liguei 2 vezes e ele foi meio ríspido e disse para aguardar, porem, o travesseiro nao foi enviado. Gostaria de elogiar a recepção do horário da manhã em especial a recepcionista Renata que foi muito gentil.

Gostei da acomodação escolhida: Suíte Luxo. Espaçosa, com três ambientes incluindo uma mini cozinha e, compondo o banheiro, uma banheira com ducha, proporcionando um banho relaxante. Suíte muito confortável e aconchegante. Já o café da manhã foi outra experiência muito agradável. O buffet maravilhoso e o ambiente intimista e acolhedor. Excelente escolha, excelente experiência.

Boa localização e péssimo checkin

O quarto é bastante espaçoso e limpo, conta com frigobar, pia e ar condicionado, além de uma ante sala com sofá. A pior parte foi o checkin, extremamente demorado, cerca de 40 minutos para ser atendido, e o atendente ainda tentou me cobrar novamente a estadia que já estava paga. Foi terrível.
