Bom dia, a todos a minha experiência foi péssima devido ter feito a reserva 15 dias antes por esse site e ao chegar lá não tinha a minha reserva mais ,o funcionário havia passado para outra pessoa dentro do período para eu fazer o check-in . Ou seja fiquei sem me hospedar não fizeram meu reembolso e na cidade não havia mais vagas para se hospedar , devido ao evento de Rodeio que tinha na cidade próxima Jaguariúna . Não confiem na sua reserva , pois não respeitam, parei no posto e me disseram que não é a primeira vez que esse Hotel faz essa prática e não devolvem o dinheiro. Conselho não façam reserva .

O quarto onde fiquei, o banheiro era uma adaptação dentro do aposento para transformar o mesmo para apartamento. O prédio do hotel é cheio de degraus nos corredores e até no quarto tinha degrau para entrar no banheiro.
