Decepcionante falando de padrao Ibis. Quarto faltando toalhas, tapetes, copos e acreditem, faltando a cadeira para a escrivaninha. Empoeirado, dando impressao que nao era locado há semanas. Interfone nao funcionava para pedir as toalhas.

O atendimento é péssimo, o quarto precisa de pintura, as paredes do banheiro com mofo por conta do vapor do chuveiro, o café da manhã é servido até as 11:00, então as 11:00 eles tiraram todo o bufê e ainda tinha muitas pessoas no salão tomando café, então devem aproveitar o resto que sobrou do café da manhã para o dia seguinte, depois do café eu subi para pegar as minhas malas e já tinha bloqueado o meu cartão para entregar no quarto antes do horário do checkout, aí o elevador estava cheio e eu tive que descer vários lances de escadas para validar o meu cartão na recepção, e todas as pessoas que estavam voltando do café da manhã estavam com suas entradas no quarto bloqueadas antes do final da sua estadia, e a justificativa da recepção foi que estava próximo do checkout então fazem o bloqueio, mas isso é desnecessário e minha estadia ainda estava vigente, achei desumano essa situação, fazer com que as pessoas tenham que validar seu cartão antes mesmo de terminar sua estadia, estacionamento descoberto e com chuva não tem manobrista, então minha experiência com esse hotel foi horrível.

Hotel bom, padrão Íbis.

No geral foi boa mas eu achei o meu quarto barulhento, com barulho de móveis batendo e sendo arrastados em algum lugar ao lado. Isso foi incômodo, mas o restante foi bom. Achei o valor pago bem caro para o que oferece.

Recepcionista conversando com gerente na sala interna; camareiras usando os dois elevadores ao mesmo tempo com os “carrinhos” de roupas sujas sem que hóspedes pudessem usar, pois não paravam nos andares; banheiros das recepção sem sabonete e lixeiras transbordando (papel higiênico). Precisa de uma gestor mais presente na fiscalização e treinamento da equipe. Obrigado
