Hotel com aparencia de velho , elevadores velhos dando uma sensação de insegurança. Hotel localizado proximo a linha de trem com muito barulho das operações do trem. Quarto escuro, camas mal arrumadas sem cabeceira. Muitos fios aparentes da TV dando aspecto ruim. Box do chuveiro bastante apertado porém com chuveiro com duche bem forte. Café da manhã simples mais gostoso.

Entregou o que esperávamos!

Tudo de acordo com o esperado! Acomodações conforme o anúncio. Café da manhã simplório, em comparação a de outros hotéis que nos hospedamos anteriormente, mas sempre bem abastecido e sem deixar faltar nada do que estavam propondo. O quarto estava organizado e limpo, banheiro ok e os colaboradores sempre gentis e dispostos. A única ressalva é que o hotel não possui um serviço de quarto completo com relação à alimentação. Eles não oferecem nenhum tipo de alimentação de preparo, como almoço, janta… apenas o café da manhã que fazia parte do pacote e um mini mercadinho onde vendem salgadinhos, bolachas, água e etc…, tivemos que ir procurar pela cidade para as outras refeições e em época de feriado foi difícil de encontrar. Fora isso, tudo ok!!

Excelente estadia!

Excelente estadia! Pontos principais: Quarto: Grande e confortável, porém diferente das fotos. Nas fotos o quarto possuía 2 ambientes, mas o quarto que fiquei só possuía 1 ambiente, com 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro. Cama e cobertas: Confortáveis Travesseiro: Muito baixo, precisei usar 2 pra conseguir dormir Banheiro: Chuveiro maravilhoso. Box pequeno. O banheiro fica muito quente por não ter ventilação, mas de resto tudo certo Piscina: Maravilhosa, um dos pontos altos da estadia Café da manhã: Muito bem servido, diversas opções. Só achei o panetone muito seco, mas de resto tudo certo. Recepção, camareiras e outros funcionários: Excelentes, todos muito cordiais, educados e prestativos. Elevador: Vi algumas avaliações comentando sobre o elevador balançar muito. Ele realmente balança um pouco, mas não tão quanto algumas pessoas falaram. Localização do hotel: Perfeita, bem no centro da cidade e próximo de tudo (mercado, farmácia, restaurantes e cafeterias). Fiquei muito feliz com a estadia. Pretendo voltar mais vezes

Fiquei 1 diaria e teve 2 pontos que me incomodaram muito, a descarga estava com vazamento e fez com que o chão do banheiro ficasse cheio de água e o lugar onde o papel higiênico fica estava quase vazio. Como alguém prepara o quarto para um hóspede e não abastece com papel higiênico? Tive a impressão de que ,por ser apenas 1 pessoa no quarto limitam a quantide de papel que julgam que a pessoa vai usar(não era rolo de papel hig), pois ao citar os pontos no check-out o funcionário não expressou nenhuma reação, apenas notificou sobre o vazamento. Hotel antigo, Funcionários muito educados, a foto do quarto na reserva mostrava que eram 2 ambientes (sala e suite), na verdade não era assim.

Hotel antigo, mas bem conservado. Café da manhã bom e camas grandes e confortáveis. Apenas uma atenção aos travesseiros que são bem baixos e ruins para dormir e a manutenção de um dos elevadores que achamos que fica trepidando pra subir e descer.
