Gostaria de expressar minha total insatisfação com a experiência que tive no estabelecimento. Desde o início, o atendimento foi extremamente decepcionante. A atendente que nos recebeu foi grosseira, impaciente e demonstrou total descaso com os clientes. Em nenhum momento houve cordialidade ou disposição para ajudar. Além disso, a estrutura deixa muito a desejar. As camas são desconfortáveis, o que tornou a estadia ainda pior. Esperava, no mínimo, o básico de conforto e um atendimento respeitoso, mas infelizmente não foi o que encontrei. Sinceramente, não recomendo o lugar e espero que a administração reveja com urgência o atendimento ao público e a qualidade das acomodações. O mínimo que um cliente merece é respeito e dignidade.

Os funcionários são solícitos e simpáticos. Porém a infra estrutura do hotel é muito antiga e péssima. Os corredores tem pintura estourada, as camas são muito desconfortáveis, academia só com um aparelho, não tem pesos ou colchões. As toalhas são de qualidade ruim.

Hotel bom para passar uma noite. Manutenção bem precária, paredes descascando, elevador antigo e mobiliário antigo. Para passar uma noite, como foi meu caso, ok. Para viagens mais longas, não recomendo.
