Very disappointed with this hotel. I booked a stay for 4 nights through Expedia and had to leave after the first night because of my brother passing away and the funeral being at a different city in Brazil the next day. I was informed by Wesley at the front desk that if Expedia agreed with it, they would refund the 3 remaining nights. He instructed me to contact Expedia first which I did. However, they did not honor that promise. Expedia made every effort to seek the refund without success. I was also promised a refund on the R$84.00 additional charge for my niece to stay with me the first night. She was not able to make it. They promised a refund, recorded my bank information to make the the deposit but that never happened either. All they did was to discount the parking fee (R$22.00) from that amount. To me, this is very poor business practice, especially considering the reason of my leaving early. Had they said to me while I was there that they would not honor a refund because it was a non-refundable reservation I would have accepted it, instead of being played with a unfulfilled promise. It is very sad that a hotel would provide such poor customer service.

A estadia foi muito boa ! O quarto muito bonito e todos atendentes do hotel muito educados . Pontos a considerar: A máquina automática de café e cappuccino prepara a bebida já adoçada … eu não tomo café com açúcar . Em nenhum momento foi avisado sobre custo de estacionamento e nos foi cobrado R$ 22 por dia. Não há auxílio para carregar malas ou leva lá até o carro . Academia em local apertado e toda fechada . Não gostei . O restante tudo ótimo !

Fomos a um evento em Campinas, na expo Dom Pedro, e escolhemos ficar nesse hotel pela proximidade. Chegamos a ir um dia a pé, mas recomendo, nessa situação, a ir de transporte, pois leva pouco mais de 20 min andando pra chegar lá. O Hotel atendeu perfeitamente nossas necessidades, confortável, bom café da manhã, funcionários prestativos. Faltou somente a TV ser smart.
