Check in was slow and they would not lend, only sell me an adaptor The room was nice but beneath the hydromassage pool which was operated by a 24 hr pump which was very audible in my room The gym and breakfast were nice The pool very small and the water jet weak, the sauna cool

Hotel is quite good and clean. Staff is dedicated and ready to assist. Cable tv does not work at all. Mini-bar doesn't work either. Restaurant in the hotel has an amazing menu and quality dishes but it not well administered, with 2 waiters for 60 guests.

Hotel is good and staff is amazing! Cable TV never worked at all. No way to fix it. They somehow thought it'd be a good idea to put the cable receiver behind the TV set which, of course, makes remote control useless. Minibar just does NOT work. All food I got in there was rotten after 1 day. Restaurant has an absolutely excellent food but lacks in organization and staff. There was an event for around 60 folks besides other guests and 2 "lost" waiters trying to figure out how to take orders. Excellent value and hotel but lacks in MANAGEMENT and MAINTENANCE!

Quarto com pó e problemas com a tv

Contratei um quarto padrão luxo e logo na entrada percebi pó acumulado sobre os móveis e apesar de não visível com certeza também estavam sobre a cama, cadeira e sofá, alem disso a TV não funcionou, entrei em contato com a recepção e além do problema da TV informei também sobre o pó presente nos móveis, fui informado que o técnico logo chegaria, o que realmente ocorreu, no entanto, mesmo com o técnico a TV não funcionou, com isso solicitei a troca do quarto o que não foi aceito de imediato e foi preciso solicitar contato com o gerente para uma solução, depois disso fui para o quarto ao lado e para minha surpresa a presença de pó nos móveis permanecia. Por fim tive que ficar com o quarto da forma que estava, mas levarei isso em conta na próxima vez que precisar de uma estadia.
