Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente negativa. As instalações estavam em condições precárias de limpeza, especialmente o banheiro, que estava sujo, e a roupa de cama apresentava pelos, demonstrando falta de higiene e cuidado com os hóspedes. Além disso, o atendimento foi muito ruim. Os funcionários se mostraram despreparados e pouco prestativos. Infelizmente, a gerente, Marlene, também foi bastante grosseira e sem cordialidade durante o atendimento, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais desagradável. Esperava encontrar um ambiente limpo e um atendimento respeitoso, mas recebi exatamente o contrário. Foi uma péssima estadia e não recomendo este hotel.
