"Our stay started off very badly when we arrived around 11pm and the face recognition did not work to allow us entry. It took us an hour to sort out, trying to get help from the whatsapp helpline. The doorman did not speak English, and I tried using google translate to translate what i was saying into Portuguese, but he refused to do the same back. "Maintenance lacking, stovetop inop. Problem with toilet clogs. Kitchen sink is leaking unless turned very hard. Trouble checking in at first, but clerk finally found envelope with my name on it with key. Need to find better way to ensure easier check in. Although it seems I am being kind of hard on them, all in all stay was ok. "

"The apartment was very clean and Comfortable for 2 people my only complaint is the bathroom is small but good water pressure. Nice view of Curitiba from the 18th floor. Pretty much everything you need is a quick walk away. Think of the city of Curitiba as a big circle with this property being near the center. Uber is quick and widely available. Most stores & restaurants take USA credit cards even Amex is widely accepted."

"O estudio é exatamente como nas fotos, bem completo inclusive a cozinha que tem todos os utensílios que necessita, e estava tudo bem limpo. A acústica do prédio é muito boa pois fica em uma avenida, mas para dormir é bem silêncioso. Vi alguma reclamações em relação ao acesso no edifício e nos quartos, mas fiz o check in com antecedência e não tive qualquer problema em relação a isso, achei até bem simples. E a localização é ótima. "
