Clean, quality hotel with a great breakfast. Staff in the restaurant, the bar and at reception were all polite and helpful. Cleaning staff were the quiet achievers doing their tasks well without being obtrusive. Highly recommend.

The property was very clean. Walkable to to falls and bird park , both were very enjoyable. Breakfast was perfect and included in room rate. We also ate dinner at the hotel and it was very good. Exceptional service and location.

We actually loved this place. Front desk workers, maids & bar tender were above and beyond. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and the inside pool was relaxing as were the hot tubs. The breakfast was top notch and I would come back again.

Fantastic location, walking distance from the Foz do Iguaçu park entrance, bird park and aquarium attractions. Great pool with multiple hot tubs and excellent staff. Very strong wine list and the food both at the restaurant and room service were high quality. Ample breakfast buffet with tons of seating, so we never had to wait. The piano player at the bar deserves a special mention, as do the concierge and front desk staff. Extremely kind and helpful. Great value and I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

Everything was nice about this hotel. The rooms were clean. The staff was great free breakfast and it’s a huge breakfast. Lots of families were there. They’ve got a huge pool and hot tubs and sauna and everything is just extremely nicely done and well maintained. I’m really glad I stayed at this location. It’s also very convenient.

The property was beautiful, well maintained, super clean, ideally located for walking to major attractions (the falls, bird park and aquarium). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They welcome guests with champagne, which is a welcoming gesture. All in all, we had a wonderful experience.

I really like this hotel because it's located next to the bird park and the waterfalls. The hotel is very beautiful and well-planned, comfortable, and with good service. The breakfast is very good, but I wasn't satisfied with the dinner.
