"The resort really shines as an old French colonial with splendid lush landscaping. The room was spacious and very clean. The pools were crystal clear and inviting. The buffet breakfast was good and offered plenty of choices The location was not walkable to the city.locatiwestroll "

"Very nice and friendly staff. You can rent motocycle directly from the hotel per day (which I’d love to ride around the city instead of booking from grab/taxi). "

"It started out as a disaster. The room had no Wi-Fi and a shower that did not work. The next room had a TV that did not work. Finally, the 3rd attempt proved successful. Everything worked properly and it was a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, there is a lot that needs to be repaired or upgraded for this to be a great hotel again. Fortunately, they have a good staff willing to help and make the stay enjoyable. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, but again the people working there made it a pleasant experience. They need new TVs in most rooms, new shower fitting, better Wi-Fi routers and/or extenders, and new batteries for the door locks. Even with the problems, I would still consider staying again if I could get one of the few good rooms."
