"I could not take a shower. Cold water only. Coffee maker did not work. I have stayed here for many years and I was given a room in the part of the hotel that is still a bit shabby. I felt because I am elderly woman alone, I would not be back. I have property in Cape Breton and come every year. I was disappointed. It was a night’s sleep but not as nice as I had hoped."
