Hotels with indoor pool in Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks

Room is abit small but quiet and modern. Toiletries are quite basic. Housekeeping is reponsive to requests. Reception staff are friendly. Hot chocolate, tea and water for guests at common area was a nice touch. Great location near dining options, transportation, airport transfers, supermarket.

Cozy room with a fantastic view. My wife and i enjoyed the entire stay.

It’s a magical place, a proper castle in the National Park. Club lounge for Fairmont Gold has superb food both breakfast and evening canapés and the view is spectacular from the gold rooms. No mistaking it the rooms are small, like European small but there are very few suite options so you just accept it and being there is the joy not the actual room.

Nice breakfast

What a wonderful stay. Each and every member of the staff was so cheerful and helpful. All of them including the front office manager were full of positive attitude and wanted to go the extra mile to help. The property was a little old but that’s a given since it is a mountain town. However the room and the beds were impeccably clean and the in-house restaurant food was superlative.

We arrived early (noon) at Banff Park Lodge and found the road in front of the hotel, as well as 2 other hotels nearby, closed off due to a gas leak. Hotel staff told us that they would contact me when it was safe and my room was ready, which they did around 4pm. Check-in went smoothly. The room was slightly larger than average, newly furnished, with a clean, modern look, and came with a fridge, microwave, and 2 Queen beds. Unfortunately, our room didn’t come with complementary breakfast. The...

Love the spacious duplex with fully-equipped kitchen. My family also loves the fireplace and the 2 bathrooms in the 3-queen beds duplex. The washing machines and dryers are within the compound and there are ample parking lots. This is the only lodge we had stayed in so many accommodations with kitchen the last 2 years that actually provide a brand new sponge for kitchen dish washing. There is also a dishwasher with bar soap provided. Well-done!

All staff is great, the room is clean and good amenities. This is our 2nd time here and my kids really love the swimming pool. Kuddos to this hotel. Well recommended if you’re staying in Canmore. This area is convenient too.

The hotel staff are very efficient and accommodating. The downtown area and IGA is just a walkable distance from the hotel. 24-hr water / coffee and tea counter near the lobby is a great idea.
