"Wonder place to stay, beautiful rooms, great food, and friendly staff."

"We had a great stay at the Brewster Mountain Lodge, with its rustic charm, woodwork, and western accents. The location is excellent, right in the center of Banff and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We booked two rooms for our family, and they were spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the beds were especially good after a long drive and day outdoors. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the included continental breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, a solid, comfortable place to stay. We’d definitely come back and recommend it to others."

"Excellent hotel. Staff are incredible, the location is perfect for mountain access and short walk to Banff central. Only one thing to question is housekeeping. Very inconsistent service of room. Linen & towels changed only if you ask. "

"It’s all very new and it all works very well. It’s right in the national park and everything is walkable in Jasper."

We experienced some difficulty with construction in a room beside ours, but the hotel was kind enough to provide compensation for our trouble. We sincerely appreciate the response to the issue we had and we will definitely stay again. "
