"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Beautiful facility, wonderful rooftop hot tubs, great restaurant and terrific rooms, mine had a fireplace and a private balcony. Very friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again while in Banff!"

"Will not stay here again, rooms are dirty, random hairs in bed from previous people in all three beds, hot tub is dirty, this place could definitely need a upgrade, the indoor swimming pool and sauna have been closed for years, hot tub is supper sandy from tiles falling out, disappointing stay, they charge way to much for the worth of the place. "

"Beautiful, clean, and excellent service. The only downside is the noise in the pool area, it so loud. The outdoor sauna was nice except could hear noise from pool in it and limited space in sauna. "
