"Wonderful rustic stay! The location is perfect for relaxing (and avoiding some of the craziness of Banff and Lake Louise). The cabin was clean and cozy. It’s right next to the Johnston Canyon/Inkpots trailhead and convenient to others. The staff were wonderful and the restaurant and store were great."

"We and our pets had the most spectacular stay at this hotel. If you have the chance to book Gold status it makes all the difference. The staff and facilities were amazing. Yes the bathrooms are on the small side as this is a UNESCO property so there were limitations in how they could be designed. But everything else was phenomenal. There are so many people we want to thank from Hamish in the valet who greeted us by name! to Chamath, Caitlin, Katie, Georgia, Chris(also in valet) , Olivier, Shane and the best housekeeper Howard! We look forward to coming to visit Banff again as it is truly one of the most spectacular places to go!"
