"Visited Banff with my mom and the rooms were nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. HUGE parking in the back of the hotel, which was free so that’s AMAZING. I liked that the buffet breakfast started early, and even though is it a smaller breakfast restaurant, it was really yummy and had all the main food items. The room we got had a detached sink from the rest of the washroom which was surprisingly convenient for a mother daughter duo. I could use the sink and mirror to get ready for the day, while my mom occupied the washroom. Banff Aspen is located at a convenient spot, with a fire pit outside and they also have a really good coffee bar inside near the lobby. We didn’t try the hot tub or the pool, but a lot of folks i bumped into the elevator did and they tried to talk me into enjoying it but i was busy exploring banff. "
"The Otter was fantastic! The restaurant down stairs “God Folk” was great and very reasonably priced given the dishes being served.
If I had to say a negative I would say that although our room was very clean, the hallways were noticeably dirty and could be vacuumed more regularly.
The fitness and hot tub area is amazing with beautiful mountain views. We got engaged on this trip and The Otter definitely added to the romantic feel of the weekend."
