"We booked a suite that had a half bathroom with the two king beds. The toilet had urine in it that looked like it had not been cleared or flushed in a week. When I flushed it there was a ring where the the dirty water stood. Trash in that bathroom left from prior visitor "

"Hot tub was amazing. Rooms were fairly clean. I think one of the drawbacks was at the full two or three times to get more body wash conditioner shampoo great location, though very pretty up there."

"They have done a really nice job with the renovations here. The hot tub area offers lovely views…parking is plentiful, the staff are very pleasant and there are two outdoor patios to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon bites. Everything is still within a 15 minute walk of the main action on Banff Ave. the fresh tea and coffee selection for the rooms and pour over coffee apparatus is a nice touch too!"
