"The staff was amazing and the location of this property is ideal. The only issue I had was with the heating system. The room was extremely dry which made the it hard for me to breathe when I slept in the bedroom. I had to sleep in the living room, with the window slightly opened during my stay. Other than that, our stay at this hotel was enjoyable."

Based on the price and photos we knew it would be dated, but we weren’t expecting how many things needed attention. The staff was very nice. "

"Quieter setting, away from downtown. Easy exit to ski hills. Property older and dated, but some upgrades have been done. Room was clean. Parking is tight. Have stayed there multiple times over the years. Will do it again. Enjoy the peace and views over busy touristy downtown. "

"Free shuttle to Sunshine Village, we would rent from hotel shop next time rather than on mountain to save line up time to Gondola but was unaware of the shop at hotel."

"The hotel was overall a good stay — clean room, comfortable bed, and a convenient location. However, my room was directly facing the elevators, which made it quite noisy. Every time the elevator opened, there was noise, and late at night (around 2:30 AM), people were talking loudly in the hallway. Unfortunately, this made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Aside from the noise issue, everything else was positive. I suggest requesting a room away from the elevators if you’re a light sleeper."
