This was a great place to stay with 2 kids! Room and view was amazing. Had a 2 bedroom apartment style room. Staff was very welcoming. Outdoor pool could have been a little warmer for the time of year but overall it was a great place to stay in Canmore.

We stayed at Blackstone Mountain Lodge for three nights for our Banff National Park trip. What like most about the service is - in all three days when we came back to our room after dinner, we found that that room service people made the bed and they also clean the sofa bed. Overall we had a very comfortable stay at Blackstone Mountain Lodge.

The gracious and professional service is one of the key reasons I enjoy staying at this resort in addition to the pool with two hot tubs, patio barbecues, and all of the amenities in the rooms. It is hands-down my favourite place in Canmore.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Our room was next to the highway and extremely loud. Construction crews on the road at all times. Our Smart TV wasn’t working and they didn’t fix it during our stay. Good location for everything but would not stay there again.

Loved that our unit was a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Located within walking distance if the city centre. Everything is so close loved having the underground parking. Staff were wonderful and knowledgeable. Would definitely return!
