"The hotel was surrounded in scaffolding being painted. I was not informed. It looked terrible with construction debris out front. The painter wss outside the bedroom windows both days. No information was given to me about this.
The rooms were clean but very basic furnishings. The curtain did not close fully.
A good two star hotel really.
The receptionist (Murat, i think) on first night was super helpful and i needed a lot of his local insight to attend an event on time. I cant say enough about his kindness.
The pre pictures were deceiving and an email regarding the scaffolding would have warned me. "

"They are selling rooms even the hotel is fully booked, we went there at midnight and they didn’t give us any room even we paid it fully from Expedia. I am still trying to get my money because it’s was non refundable so I lost my money and didn’t even stay there. I am really pissed off what happened. "

"The hotel was nice, but the room at the front had no black out blinds or double glazing, which really impacted on sleep.
I would stay only one or two nights max, as it’s not conducive to a good nights sleep. Hosts are very helpful though."
