"The hotel was in a supreme location next to the World Trade Center. The room was clean, air conditioning was supreme, the cleaning attendant was lovely and beds were comfortable. The deck is beautiful to look out on the main level. Only concern is that it is only one working elevator to get to the main level, so be aware if you're running late."

"We recently stayed at SoHo 54 Hotel and had a wonderful experience. Sean at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The entire staff was accommodating and attentive, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made our visit to New York City even more enjoyable. Thank you to Sean and the team for making us feel so welcome!"

"When we arrived we were met by loud machines and dusty tarp taking up half the lobby. Apparently renovations were being done. My guests and I were never notified prior to arrival work was being done in the hotel. No consideration was made for patrons, gym was out of order and they made a make shift bar and dining area that wasn't available until 5pm. I picked this particular hotel based on amenities and NYC views; we only got views! No compensation was offered for the inconvenience of renovations."

"When parking on Sundays you don't have to worry about tickets on the other hand on weekdays consider a parking garage. In my experience I realized there wasn't enough body wash and the tissue was not replenished it only had three sheets of tissue. I also did not get my complimentary breakfast vouchers so I ended up checking out by 8:30 a.m and leaving without breakfast. I would consider staying again because of the convenient location. The staff is kind and I should have asked for all the things that were missing but I don't want to cause any issues"
