"Well, we like it because it’s “family like”. Super friendly staff. The usual Latin American service…super friendly, not trained to be servers. I mean, they bring what they think you ordered. Instead of asking when they’re not quite sure what you ordered they just guess even though there’s a 75% chance they’re going to be wrong. Breakfast “came with oj “ one morning, the same breakfast did not come with orange juice the other two mornings. We ordered the Thursday special and the waitress said “that’s only available on Thursdays.” 😳. We all laughed, but the day before we got charged for the drink, we ordered that we never received. No one‘s fault that the manager. That’s what I say. Their responsibility to train the staff anyway, like I said everyone is super friendly so who cares? It would be boring if it were perfect. Front desk is awesome! Cooks in the kitchen definitely know what they’re doing! Delicioso"

"This place was absolute dream! The staff were just incredible, extremely accommodating, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely time. The property was just gorgeous and well maintained. Lots of activities included, and 2 beautiful pools to relax in. A very cozy and stress free environment. Oh, and the food! I've been to many resorts, but this BY FAR was the best for their changing buffet menu. Every meal was so tasty and presented extremely well 🤍 I would recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for some rest and relaxation, good food, friendly staff, TONS of beautiful animals and nature (I saw a new animal every single day!) I would give them 15/10 stars if I could!!"

"Most of the staff was very friendly. Some exceptional like Andres and Oscar by the pool bar. The food had some good and some not so. The breakfast buffet was a 4. The lunch buffet was a 2. Not much of an option and food was not good. You’re better off going to the buffet by the pool. Drinks were good and the part about all the steps is way over blown. Good exercise. We would come again."

"Cabin is super cute and clean, staff were wonderful, the breakfast was delicious and dinner also. We had an amazing time! We went in October, during that time I wish there was more to do in the evening, especially on weekend days. We were told was just cause of the season we were in. However, to get away and disconnect was fantastic. All the excursions were 10/10. I would definitely recommend."
