Fantastic location and value for the price. 10-15 minute walk to popular markets and restaurants. Room very spacious but balcony doors let all the sound from the roundabout in so vehicle noise is present all night long. Other than that, extremely happy with the stay.

Nice affordable hotel. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars, I took the bus down the hotel zone many times they run constantly and its less than 20 pesos. Nothing fancy but got the job done.

The property was solid and good shape, I like the area, very safe and convenient. Great restaurants nearby and convince stores. Receptionist was nice and friendly. Rooms are a bit old but clean and door locks are strong and safe. Bathroom should have a longer curtains so that the toilet area are not flooded. So far my stay was great and easy.

First time I’ve ever stayed here. It was a great room with a good king size bed. I requested a fridge for medication, and it was in the room when I arrived. The room was very clean, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was, we could not get the safe to properly work. Great stay, great location near many shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Also at the entrance of the hotel zone. My room did face the main traffic circle, so it was a bit noisy, but manageable.

staff were great ,rooms were clean ,if you're gonna be out all day ,this is the place ,is within 10 minutes of all beaches in Cancun and alll major tourist attractions but the best part is super cheap you can't beat it.is a simple room with a nice bed , bathroom,ac,tv for the price it's great .would recommend if you just want a bed and a bathroom and are gonna be exploring Cancun

i like staying at this clean hotel. its close to the city areas and also tourist restaurant areas. and also the main mall. all walkable or short drives. parking is tricky but there is space.

Parking is barely available. Good location to walk to several good restaurants. This is right in the middle of a roundabout, it’s LOUD all day and night. I suggest bringing foam ear plugs, not joking, it’s THAT LOUD. Asked to move rooms and was denied. Hot water 10 minutes to get warm enough for tepid shower.

The property sits on a Main Avenue with a well sized balcony facing the beautiful roundabout, the traffic was not bad even for a Friday night, a lot of places with in a 10 minute safe walk, the room was simple and fairly clean, hot water shower and a confortable bed is what I needed. The front desk boy was missing when i arrived so had to stand outside the looked building doors for several minutes, no one answered their phone the few times I called, the supervisor lady showed up and let me in. It would be great if the pedestrian crossing signal beeping can be turned down. That when ton all night.

Ok for a budget short trip

The hotel is relatively well located which is a positive if you want to walk to city center, but due to the missing sound insulation also a negative as there's quite some traffic at night. Staff was friendly and helpful, offered to help with luggage several times. Since the hotel doesn't have an elevator, help with heavy luggage is really appreciated. Parking is available just outside the hotel with few places reserved only for the hotel. Cleanliness and condition not 100% perfect, but for a 2** budget hotel acceptable. Wifi rather OK for simple tasks.

Overall it was a plesant stay, especially if youre traveling and dont plan on staying in the room a whole lot. The property itself is nice, the only issue we had was cats around our doors and peeing everywhere so the hallway reeked of cat pee. The room was nice, had a bed, a TV, balcony, but no fridge or any kitchen necessities other than a random sink in the room. Like I said, it was pretty decent for what we paid. If youre on a budget and dont care about any of those things, this is the place for sure. Its right in downtown and getting taxis or ubers was extremely easy and only about 10-15 away from the main beaches. Would definitely stay again and possibly just upgrade!
