"We had a swim out ocean front room. We traveled with a group of 12, Nacho was our butler. He was excellent. He took care of all our requests and more. He made it very easy for our group to dine together and help us plan for transportations for our excursions."

"I loved the staff at this hotel. They take care of you like you are family. The resort is clean and you feel safe while there. I didn't like that the steak house was an extra fee and not included in the all inclusive package as stated when we booked the trip. "
