Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was always so quiet for sleeping. The air conditioning, shower and tv all worked perfectly. It was always clean. We would definitely stay there again. There were also lots of fantastic restaurants nearby. It was easy to take transit as well.

Really good hotel to stay. Eating, transportation, shopping all are convenient. Although the hotel room is simple, it is cleaning and every thing available. Other than the backside machine and the room refrigerator a little bit noisy, every thing is excellent! Beacause the flight delayed too much, I arrived almost at the early morning, the staff still went out to open door for us. He may not get slept well that made me feel so sorry.

Payment from Expedia wasn't processed at hotel and I had to pay a second time. After lengthy discussions i got my refund the next day. Not the best way to start a vacation

Nice stay
It is in a good location, not far from ADO bus station and super market, and restaurants. It is right beside the municipal building, so we got to experience Mexican night culture at night. Nice kitchen and area to dry our swimming suits. Only concern was that there were constructions going on when we were there, so it got noisy at night. But they did stop at some point after mid-night.

Enjoyed my stay
I liked the location. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop near-by. I felt safe at all times. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean. A/C was perfect. Had a small fridge and microwave. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable, but I would stay there again without hesitation.

Would stay again!
I had a great experience here, staff was very kind and responsive, the hotel is basic but has a good charm about it and was very clean. Centrally located in downtown Cancun, lots of food and shopping in the adjacent area, two blocks from the Bus station, it was a great place to end my trip around the Yucatán!
