"When we arrived, our room was ready before the regular check-in time, and we received VIP treatment during check-in, which was a great way to start our stay. The room was beautiful and always kept clean. The entertainment during the day was good, and we had a lot of fun participating in different activities. However, there wasn’t much to do at night, and we noticed there were no themed parties, which would have made the evenings more enjoyable. My only major complaint was that some of the à la carte restaurants were closed on the days we were there, so we ended up eating at the buffet most of the time. In addition, the Italian restaurant was adults-only, which further limited our dining options since we were traveling with family. Unfortunately, we were only able to eat at one of the à la carte restaurants once during our entire stay. I would also like to recognize DJ Jesus, also known as “Papichulo,” who was involved in many of the daytime activities, including aqua exercises, cocktail classes, and karaoke at night. He was very friendly, energetic, and made the activities a lot of fun! Overall, we had a nice stay and really appreciated the cleanliness, the beautiful room, and especially the great energy from the entertainment team."

"We really enjoyed our time at Temptation however there was a Takeover event that interfered with our complete experience. While this group was there the regular guests couldn't use the facilities that they had private events in. We couldn't use the Sports club or the Bash tower in the 4 nights while they were present with close to no interaction with any of these guests either. I also wished the owners would invest and trying to keep the beach cleaner as the sargasm is really a problem at this location. We noticed that the neighboring property does a better job in tryng to keep the ocean water in the front of their property cleared from all the seaweed and the water looks cleaner. As usual we love all the playmakers at this property and the entertainment they provide each time making it worthwhile to return."
