I Really enjoyed this place. I had a lagoon view room and the view was amazing. Staff was friendly, ac was cold and room was clean. I have zero complaints and ill be staying here again

me and my family stayed here for three nights, and everyone was very nice. we liked the food, and the drinks. the hotel itself is nice it’s not super modern but it was good for us. we loved the pool and how close it was to the beach. the only thing we have complains about is our hotel room bathroom only had one door for the shower, so the water was falling everywhere. and the cleaning of the room that we asked for was not the best but that’s not something major just little things

It was a nice place but it leaves a lot to desire for a penthouse, not much included with the room even the cheapest hoteles include coffee packets and water with the room. Nice pool comfortable beds and cold ac. TVs didn’t really work well.

Close to the market, everything is pretty much walking distance. There are multiple dining places and desserts. Service was good. Bring your own facecloth but they have towels.We liked that they have 24 hrs security.

The property is quite a bit rundown. It’s convenient because of the location. Lots of noise around. Will not sleep quietly, but being in a room with beachfront views, helps with the noise because of the waves . The rooms seriously need renovation. Some of the staff (younger crew) have a bit of bad attitude; however, I learned how to handle it to avoid confrontation. Walking distance to convenient stores and restaurants.

Save your money.

If your going to cancun and want to be centered this is a good location. the seaweed really put a damper on the trip. for all of the MONEY we spent on transportation to and from the airport. Because they DO NOT OFFER A FREE SHUTTLE. The beach should have been a lot cleaner. They do not offer free breakfast. Well actually nothing is free in cancun. you get taken/ nickel and dimed for ever and anything imaginable. I won’t be going back to cancun. The hotel is in a good location for nightlife. other then that. save your cash and go to an ALL INCLUSIVE.

The only issue i had was toilet flash keep running and i told receptionist but did not folow up my request and front doors frame was loose and also the next door when they open and closed the door make so much noise. Specially night time next door keep open and close the door in the middle of night and woke me up several times. Other than that was good all in all

Good location and great views from the Ocean Dream. Though the condition of our room needed further improvement. TV did not work and latch on balcony sliding door was broken - it made the stay feel uneasy, as it would have been quite easy for someone to break the door open and get into our room from the ground floor. I told reception about the issue with the door; they said that someone would fix it - but no one did. This needs to be addressed!
