The location is great, its within the puerto cancun open mall which has a variety of restaurants and shops. Know the property is not beach front, but perfect for anyone on a boat. The hotel is nice, but there was an unpleasant smell in the room. Staff was good, but far from the extraordinary service level you tend to find in mexico.
