As a first time international traveler Viento Suites was the perfect place to experience both downtown Cancun and the Resort Area both in close vicinity. Staff was very helpful and kind and the room was clean. Hopefully I can stay here again when I return.

Clean, Cool, Quiet

It is in downtown, 8 minutes' walk to bus station where the bus going to beach hotel zone. nearby there are stores and restaurants which is convienient. What i like most is, room is clean, shower water is hot and has strong power, air conditioner works perfect, kitchen can let you cook something which is good, quiet enviroment, good Wifi. And the staff Casy is very friendly and nice. The price for this suite is very nice.

Our second stay here. The staff is super friendly. Casy and Mari are very nice and helpful. They take pride in their work. Look forward to returning. Only wish the bed was a bit more comfortable but other than that all was very nice.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was very comfy and clean. The cleaning lady washed our clothes and even took out the trash when we were away, i had a very satisfied experience and will come again when i come back !

My stay at Viento Suites was amazing thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the employees. I was staying in the area to be near the dental clinic. Although there was a language barrier, Cassi and Mari were so kind, always asking if I needed anything and there to be of assistance. They were warm and courteous. There are many great restaurants in the area and a 7-11 right down the street. It was a convenient location. The property is clean and updated with a unique boutique feel. I’ll stay there again!

I went with a friend but I would even go as far to recommend this apartment styled hotel for solo travelers (particularly women). The place had a 7-11 conveniently right next door alongside food restaurants open very late. It was such a lovely area to come back to after a long day out from activities. The water in the shower would never be consistently warm is the only thing but even as someone who went in their winter, that was perfectly fine considering how hot the days can still be.

Super was check in and detailed instructions provided in advance. Our room was on the 3rd floor and very spacious, clean and with a kitchen better equipped than any we’ve stayed in. Great location, easy walking to great eateries and 20mins from most local hotspots. Pool area is really nice to relax, water is cold though so not for a night dip! The only piece worth mentioning is a lack of elevator so if you have mobility issues you would want to request a room on the bottom floor.

Wow. I was very impressed. The rooms were the cleanest I stayed in all of Mexico. Parking was very secure and convenient . Very close to everything. Alfredo was very helpful with helping me find the property as well as showing me the property, which is very nice by the way. Was nice to sit by the pool and relax late at night. Very reasonable prices. Definitely would recommend Viento suites 10/10

I wanted somewhere relatively quiet and off the resorts area. Another reviewer also mentioned a sushi restaurant nearby so that really sealed the deal for me. As a solo female traveler, safety was also a factor. This property checked all the boxes. The room was comfortable. There was a single bed in the living room which I never used. I would have preferred some sort of couch with a hideaway bed so I could use the space as a true living room, but it was fine because ultimately I never ended up watching any tv. The fridge was a good size and it had a microwave on top of it. Being 5’1 I couldn’t reach the microwave but it wasn’t an issue for me as I never cooked any meals in the room even though it also had a full stove. The main bedroom was comfortable and had its own a/c unit which was nice. The only access to the bathroom was through the bedroom. Regarding the hot water, it’s important to follow the written instructions on the wall: Turn on the hot water all the way, THEN add cold water in until the temperature is how you like it. Follow these rules and you’ll be able to take nice long hot showers like I did. The pool area was nice and peaceful. Something I really appreciated about the property is that several times I saw cans of Raid in the hallway and by the pool and never once did I have any issues with bugs. The property is about a 1 minute walk from the Wyndham Garden Downtown, so for airport shuttle and activities I used that location. Overall, good stay.

This is a basic hotel with clean modern rooms. There is tiny pool without any amenities. The location is in the suburbs. To go anywhere you need take buses, cabs or drive. Inconvenient except to sleep. The ac is good. Limited demand Ning choices nearby.

My husband and I recently returned from a 2 week stay at Viento Suites. This was our second time here and I can guarantee it will not be our last! It truly feels like a home away from home. We stayed in the suite that has a living room/kitchen area and can not recommend it enough for a slightly longer/extended stay. It was so convenient to have the extra space, full size fridge and cooking area so that we were able to purchase some groceries and make some quick meals. The AC worked great in both the bedroom and living room area and our room was always kept very clean and replenished with fresh towels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The garden and pool area were clean and inviting and we enjoyed every minute we spent out there! The area surrounding is very safe and it is conveniently located to get to just about anywhere with a short walk or car ride (beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc). The absolute best part is the staff… Casi, Antonio and Meri were always so friendly and helpful and you can tell that they truly care about their guests. In fact, Casi recognized my husband and myself right away even though it had been over a year since we were last there. She goes above and beyond to always make our stay special. It was actually hard to say goodbye, but we know it’s actually see you later as we can’t imagine staying anywhere else! Thank you for another amazing stay and we can’t wait to see you next time :)
