La habitación que nos tocó, el baño era abuhardillado y a mi chico que mide casi 1,90 no podía siquiera ir al baño (urinar), ni siquiera mirar al espejo…...

I called the front desk several times asking for the mini fridge to be repaired to no avail. Some of the staff (the waiter at the Bar) were very pleasant and others (woman at the front desk when I checked in) were not pleasant.
